UK1401 - Ultraschall-Impulsgeschwindigkeitstester

Description

UK1401 SURFER — compact, couplant-free surface ultrasonic pulse velocity tester

Designed for fast, one-sided concrete inspection using a fixed 150 mm measurement base and longitudinal ultrasonic waves.

  1. Couplant-free testing

Two integrated dry-point-contact transducers with wear-resistant tips allow reliable measurements without coupling gel, even on rough concrete surfaces.

  2. 150 mm fixed base

Integrated transmitter and receiver enable convenient one-sided surface UPV measurements with consistent sensor spacing.

  3. 50 kHz P-waves

Measures the transit time and velocity of longitudinal ultrasonic waves for non-destructive concrete assessment.

  4. Crack depth estimation

Indirect surface measurements help estimate the depth of surface-opening cracks within a specified range of 10–50 mm.

  5. 50,000 measurements

Built-in non-volatile memory supports grouped measurement results and USB data transfer to a computer.

  6. Compact and field-ready

Lightweight handheld design, approximately 350 g, with up to 15 hours of battery operation for practical on-site inspection.
