Eine breitbandige High-End-Datenerfassungseinheit, konzipiert für den eigenständigen sowie integrierten Einsatz in Labor- und industriellen Mess- und Prüfanwendungen. Der Pulser und der Empfänger des A1580 eignen sich hervorragend zur Ansteuerung von Dry-Point-Contact-Wandlern sowie konventionellen piezoelektrischen Wandlern in einem weiten Frequenzbereich. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Funktion zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung.

Mit dem gut dokumentierten SDK kann der Anwender eine eigene Softwareanwendung für eine spezifische Prüfaufgabe entwickeln.

Das A1580 SONIC ist für Anwendungen der Ultraschall-Datenerfassung vorgesehen, wie zum Beispiel:

  • Schallgeschwindigkeitsmessungen (Pulse Velocity Testing)

  • Puls-Echo-Datenerfassung

  • Positionsbezogene Datenerfassung, synchronisiert mit einem externen Prüfmanipulator

  • Zeitbezogene Datenerfassung, synchronisiert mit externen Materialprüfmaschinen (Zugversuch, Druckversuch)
